The TNNA Membership and Operations team provides customer service support, manages the database and provides oversight of the membership process for new and renewing members.

TNNA’s Marketing and Communications Department provides overall management of TNNA’s marketing and communication channels included emails, social media platforms, TNNANews and blog, and media relations. We also promote TNNA’s two trade shows to the needlearts market.

 Education & Training
The Education department works with volunteer leadership to develop a year-round calendar of education for all member types. This includes live and on-demand online education, Trade Show programming, and other learning opportunities. Education includes a mix of industry updates, business skills and industry trend information.
