One thing we hear from members all the time: running an independent needlearts shop can be lonely. You're the buyer, the marketer, the teacher, and the person at the register. There aren't many places to talk shop with people who truly get it.

On Wednesday, October 14 at 10:00 AM Pacific (1:00 PM Eastern), TNNA and Management One are co-hosting "Common Threads: A Virtual Gathering for TNNA Members". A free event, this is not a class and there's nothing to prepare. It's an open, facilitated conversation where you can share a recent win, raise a challenge you're wrestling with, and hear how other shop owners are handling the same things.

The discussion will be guided by Melanie Melton, a retail coach at Management One who works with independent specialty retailers every day, including several needlearts shops like yours.
